Through research into the work of successful present day photographers, students will become aware of emerging photographic industry technology changes and modern business practices and procedures. Based on this research students in conjunction with the subject co-ordinator will arrange and undertake a work placement for a minimum of three weeks in one or more their preferred areas of the photographic industry.

Special Assessment Requirements:To pass this subject, students must satisfactorily complete a minimum of three weeks of photographic industry placement approved by the subject co-ordinator.
