This subject will provide foundation skills and knowledge for students entering the Bachelor of Physiotherapy course. It will present an overview of the history of the physiotherapy profession along with issues relating to evidence-based practice and the role of key organisations within the profession. Students will be introduced to the breadth of physiotherapy clinical practice. Key concepts relating to the role of physiotherapy within the health environment will be explored.
