The subject deals with the theory and practice of quality management as it relates to enterprises in Australia, with a focus on introducing quality management into an organisation and the ongoing management of the "quality" system.
Learning Outcomes
- describe a number of the critical success factors in an effective "quality" system;
- encourage students to construct their own views on how to implement and manage a "quality" system;
- outline some of the definitions of quality management.
