Learning Outcomes
- Further their understanding of Commonwealth and Queensland Legislative powers and their awareness of the significance of the Commonwealth Constitution and the Constitution of Queensland 2001 to legal practice and everyday life;
- Read and understand complex constitutional law cases, extract relevant issues and critically evaluate judgments and judicial reasoning; analyse legal problems and identify relevant constitutional issues;
- Research and collect information, analyse and evaluate it critically and apply it logically and concisely; Express themselves verbally and in writing in a logical, clear and appropriate manner;
- Learn independently and in a self-directed manner; Organise their time and commitments and be able to meet deadlines.
