Available to students undertaking the Postgraduate Certificate, the Postgraduate Diploma or the Master of Indigenous Studies, or other postgraduate students.
An individual subject for study as approved by the faculty on recommendation of the Postgraduate Coordinator and advice from the Head of School. This subject allows for independent work in an area of Indigenous research of the students own choosing. In consultation with the Postgraduate Coordinator, a program of reading, guided study and conference relating to the specialised area, is designed to cater for individual student needs and projects. Outlines for proposals for individual projects should be submitted to the Postgraduate Coordinator for transmission to the faculty for approval, within two weeks of the commencement of the semester.
