This subject encourages an integrated view of classroom planning, teaching and evaluation, especially long-term planning and curriculum development. Emphasis is also placed on classroom management as a deliberate aspect of a teacher's classroom practice.
Learning Outcomes
- develop an individual theory of practice relating to classroom planning and management;
- develop effective long-term planning and curriculum development skills;
- examine the theory and practice of a variety of classroom management models;
- review and develop specific classroom management techniques and skills.
