This subject provides an introduction to the statistical and econometric techniques used in economic analysis and business decision making.
Learning Outcomes
- To develop skills in using estimation and hypothesis testing in regression analysis;
- To develop an understanding of descriptive statistics, theory of probability, sampling theory and distributions, point and interval estimation, hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
