Learning Outcomes
- be familiar with architectural design features, mechanisms and practices that reduce security vulnerabilities;

- understand the nature and workings of some basic network security vulnerabilities;
- understand the operation of frequently encountered Internet application layer protocols;
- understand the purpose and operation of common network infrastructure services;
- be able to design and implement Internet client and server applications.
