The theory and practice of accounting for the formation, operations and winding-up of companies and the disclosure of information in financial reports.
Learning Outcomes
- Understand and prepare accounts for business combinations and reorganisations;
- Understand and prepare accounts for liquidations and receiverships;
- Understand disclosure requirements for the preparation of company reports;
- Prepare tax effect accounting;
- Prepare group accounts.
