Effective communication is central to success in business. This subject offers an in-depth review of many forms of communication in business. Written, electronic, interpersonal and intercultural communication skills, styles and strategies are emphasised. Students will participate in practical exercises designed to develop and improve these skills and apply them to a range of business scenarios.
Learning Outcomes
