This subject establishes the importance of communication and information management in contemporary business practice. It seeks to build skills in written and oral communication and pays attention to the standards and practices of writing and delivering business messages. It approaches the topics of business communication and information management using an array of methods and disciplinary perspectives.
Learning Outcomes
