Except with the approval of the Head of School/Associate Dean, all subjects in a chain must be studied in consecutive teaching periods.
This subject consists of compulsory field trips, visiting private and commercial properties and government research stations followed by report writing and a seminar on related topics.
Learning Outcomes
- to introduce students to practical aspects of primary production in a variety of industries and environments in Northern Queensland;
- to establish skills in note-taking and observation and in collation of material, report writing, and oral presentation.
