Management functions of planning, decision making, controlling, organising, leading and managing in aquaculture industries in the 2000s and beyond.This subject shares lectures, tutorials and practical classes with AQ3014.
Learning Outcomes
- briefly examine relevant topics in marketing, economics, small business management and commerce that impact on decision-making;
- describe the challenges confronting managers in the aquaculture industry;
- examine selected management functions critical to the success of organisation in the aquaculture industry;
- increase the students awareness and understanding of fundamental management issues in order to increase their effectiveness and efficiency for future employment in industry.
