Learning Outcomes

• briefly examine relevant topics in marketing, economics, small business management and commerce that impact on decision-making;
• describe the challenges confronting managers in the aquaculture industry;
• examine selected management functions critical to the success of organisations in the aquaculture industry;
• increase the students awareness and understanding of fundamental management issues in order to increase their effectiveness and efficiency for future employment in industry.
