The subject will provide a practical guide for students who wish to develop a research project. The emphasis will be on research methods and planning. The format will consist of seminars, lectures and guided reading.
Learning Objectives:
understand the research process;
know how to develop a literature review;
articulate and explain proposed research;
plan and develop a research proposal.
Assessment will be by seminar presentation (40%); research proposal (60%).
