Up to 160 hours practicum. Semester 2.

Available to BT students only.

Technical production students choose from practical modules covering such areas as: stage management; lighting for theatre; sound for theatre; props and set construction; wardrobe management and all design elements. Students actively engage as part of specific teams to meet the technical support needs of public performance.

Learning Objectives:

to enable students to identify, employ and obtain mastery of fundamental skills necessary to professional practice.

Assessment by supervised project work (50%); essays (50%).
