Introduction to Digital Imaging
Available to all students, however preference will be given to Bachelor of Photography and Bachelor of Visual Arts students.

This subject introduces students to the use of technology for digital imaging and manipulation. Areas to be examined will include setting up and use of hardware and peripherals such as scanners and mass storage devices; operation of software used in the digital photographic process and in production and management of contemporary photographic studios and trouble shooting hardware, software and network problems. Students learn how to access current photography and production related information and resources using a variety of communication media and to manage and structure their output.
