This subject introduces new concepts which will benefit students in the later years of their electrical engineering course. Electricity and Magnetism, Optics.
Learning Objectives:
understand a selection of theoretical developments in the topics studied;
be able to solve practical problems associated with the theoretical background;
be competent with experimental and empirical work and write reports;
appreciate the physical basis for the corresponding engineering curriculum.
