Implementation of Clinical Teaching Strategies

Semester 2.

Applicants are required to be registered nurses; to hold a degree in nursing or a related discipline; or to have gained entry by exception at the discretion of the Head of School.

The aim of this subject is for students to implement and evaluate a clinical teaching project and develop a personal teaching portfolio.

Learning Objectives:

design and conduct clinical teaching sessions;

evaluate the student's own clinical teaching skills;

develop a teaching portfolio.

On-course assessment (100%).
