Strategic Electronic Marketing

The focus of this subject is on understanding how Marketing Strategy concepts and theories can be applied to Electronic-Marketing operations. The subject will help students understand marketing strategy and apply that strategy to E-Marketing operations.

Learning Objectives:

identify and critically assess the emerging challenges, threats and opportunities present in the on-line marketing environment;

become familiar with methods of electronic marketing intelligence information retrieval;

gain an understanding of customer value creation processes in E-Marketing;

learn marketing strategy processes for E-Marketing;

gain an understanding of metrics that can be used to track the success of on-line marketing programs.
