Learning Objectives:

appreciation of the elegance and power of complex functions, in the representation and solution of mathematical problems from various disciplines;

introduction to the application of symbolic algebra packages to analytic function theory.

Assessment by coursework (tests and assignments) (40%); examination (60%).
