Supporting Microsoft Windows Enterprise Technologies: design, implement and support a Windows operating system in a multi-domain enterprise environment; internetworking with Microsoft TCP/IP on Microsoft Windows: set up, configure, use and support of transmission control protocol/Internet protocol (TCP/IP) on a Windows operating system; creating and managing a website using MS tools.

Learning Objectives:

design, implement and support a Windows server operating system in a multi-domain enterprise environment;

set up, configure, use and support transmission control protocol/Internet protocol (TCP/IP) on a Windows operating system;

create and manage a website using MS tools - includes plan, install, configure and troubleshoot a Microsoft Internet information server site.

Assessment by end-of-semester examination (50%); quizzes/tests (15%); assignments (15%); laboratory (20%).
