Students are required to design and conduct an independent research project that culminates in a thesis. This subject involves regular meetings with a research supervisor throughout the course of the year; participation in professional orientation and development seminars and the presentation of a paper based on the student’s research at an annual mini-conference.
Learning Objectives:
- to develop independent research skills in a research project supervised by a staff member.
Assessment by thesis of 15,000 words (100%).
