Nature and history of equity, equitable interests, fiduciary relationships, unconscionability, confidential information, specific performance, declarations, injunctions, equitable remedies (account and damages) and equitable defences (laches and acquiescence).
Learning Objectives:
- an understanding and knowledge of the law of equity.
