Introduction to personal property law, the law of sale of goods, cheques; the law of agency and bailment.
Learning Objectives:
- a knowledge and understanding of commercial law;
- ability to identify legal issues and to apply the law to given factual situations;
- ability to analyse and assess the law.
Assessment by final examination and optional on-course assessment.
