Selected offences including non-fatal offences; property offences; drug offences; sexual offences and related defences. Other topics covered include secondary liability; inchoate offences and special pleas.

- develop and apply legal analysis skills.
Assessment by final examination (70%); assignment (30%) (subject to variation).
