Introduction to the management functions of planning, decision making, controlling, organising, leading and managing multicultural and global organisations in the 21st century.
Learning Objectives:
- describe the challenges that management confront;
- describe selected management functions that are critical to the success of an organisation;
- encourage students to reflect on and continue to construct their own view of themselves as a practising manager.
