Preparation of solicitors’ trust account records in accordance with the Trust Accounts Act.
Learning Objectives:
- apply basic accounting principles to the preparation of a solicitor’s trust account records;
- implement the relevant legislation in the maintenance of trust account records.
Assessment, which is subject to variation, by assignment, on-course test (20%); final examination (80%).
