Social Work Honours Literature Review Proposal

Prerequisites: BSW degree
Contact hours individually negotiated with supervisor. Available as a semester subject in first or second semester or as a full year subject.
Available to BSW postgraduate honours students.
Staff: Dr S Gair.
In this subject students will develop the design of a sound Honours level research study in the area of social work and undertake a literature review. This will be undertaken by the student with the guidance of a supervisor. It may be possible to offer seminars.
Learning Objectives:
- to assist students to clarify their research focus;
- to write a research proposal.
Assessment by research proposal (100%).
