Community Welfare Honours Literature Review and Proposal

Prerequisites: BCW degree or equivalent
Inadmissable Subject Combination: WS4001

Contact hours individually negotiated with supervisor. Full year.

Staff: Dr J Thomson.

The project provides a broad overview of research methods and guidance in the design of a sound honours level research study in community welfare. It will be undertaken by the student with the supervisor. It may be possible to offer seminars.

Learning Objectives:

  1. to assist students to clarify their research focus;
  2. to write a research proposal.

Assessment by research proposal (100%).
