Independent Project

First or second semester.
Students will be encouraged to undertake an independent project on a topic approved by the Head of School, under the supervision of a member of the academic staff. Following submission of a proposal and introductory tutorials, students will proceed with reporting by seminar presentation and by project report and viva. The project can be a small research project or a definitive review of the literature.
