Available to all students except those enrolled in BMus. All students must pass the prescribed practical audition.
The subject aims to develop musical styles in voice through exploration of musical theatre and operetta in a group teaching context.
Learning Objectives:
- to enable students to develop their technical and musical skills in voice;
- to expand students’ knowledge of their vocal repertoire;
- to provide exposure to musical performance and performance-related activities.
Assessment by progressive assessment (60%); final examination (40%).
