Available to LLB students.
The law relating to conveyancing and drafting, introduction to REIQ standard land contracts, auction sales, formation of contract, deposit, options to purchase, particulars of sale and title, property adversely affected, requisitions, special conditions, settlement, drafting.
Learning Objectives:
- to provide students with the necessary skills to convey property in Queensland and to draft legal documents such as mortgages, leases, securities, guarantees, etc.
Assessment by a three-hour examination (100%) (subject to variation).
