Introduction to the law of sale of goods, consumer protection, trade practices and the law of agency.

Learning Objectives:

  1. a knowledge and understanding of commercial law;
  2. ability to identify legal issues and to apply the law to given factual situations;
  3. ability to analyse and assess the law.

Assessment by final examination and on-course assessment.
