There are three modules: introduction to the legal system and to legal process; the law of contract (elements of a contract and remedies for breach of contract); and anti-discrimination law.
Learning Objectives:
- acquire knowledge and understanding regarding the legal system and specific areas of law.
Assessment by six written assignments (10% each); one final examination (40%).
