A two week field subject in a rainforest environment. December intensive mode at Paluma.
Staff: Assoc. Professor B Jackes.
Week 1 — lectures and practical classes: identification of plants, description of components of the rainforest ecosystem.
Week 2 — ecological techniques, pollination and reproductive biology, floristics of rainforest and associated vegetation types.
Assessment by examination and/or seminars and assignments.
