This subject begins the process of clinical training in applied medical laboratory science. A total of five weeks of rotation in the disciplines of the medical laboratory in an accredited medical laboratory directed by Townsville General Hospital — will be assessed by practical competency and the successful preparation and presentation of a case study in seminar style.
Learning Objectives:
- become familiar and display proficiency in all disciplines of medical laboratory science.
Assessment by practicals and case study presentation.
