Aquaculture: Literature Review and Proposal

First or second semester.
Available to students enrolled in the MSc(Qualifying) degree.
Staff: Professor J Lucas.
After completing the minor research project and report, candidates will undertake an independent research investigation on a topic which must be approved by the Head of School. The independent project may stem from the minor project but this will not be obligatory. The first phase of the independent project will consist of the literature review and research proposal.
Learning Objectives:
- critically review literature;
- identify important research issues;
- write research proposals.
Assessment by assignments (100%).
