AQUATIC ECOLOGY

Coordinated by the School of Tropical Biology, the Graduate Diploma of Science, the degree of Master of Applied Science and Master of Science in Aquatic Ecology provide the opportunity for advanced level inter-school studies on the ecology of inland waters. The programs aim to educate students in the theoretical background and practical application of freshwater ecology, with particular reference to the tropics.

Prospective students should consult with the Course Coordinator. Within the broad framework of the Award Requirements, each student’s program, including weighting of coursework and research, can be tailored to the individual candidate’s background and requirements.
